Nope, he is not, as the sharp yelp of pain at being stretched even further probably indicated. Those are two actions that don't go well together. But at least one isn't completely bad, and Vyse attempts to press himself against the second tentacle in hopes that it'll help somehow.
Or perhaps reality will reassert itself and reveal that he isn't being violated by a squid-monster. There's always that off-chance.
